Professional websites that make it easy to choose you

A professional website gives your business credibility, explains your services clearly and makes it simple for customers to get in touch. I design and build sites that do all three, then keep them fast, secure and up to date.

Why it matters

What a professional website does for your business

Credibility

Customers check you out online before they call. A professional site tells them you are established and trustworthy.

Accessibility

Readable text, clear navigation and layouts that work for everyone, on any device.

Clear services

Each service explained in plain language, with prices or next steps where it helps.

Easier enquiries

Forms, click-to-call and WhatsApp buttons in the right places, so getting in touch takes seconds.

What I build

Websites for every stage of a business

Business websites

A complete site for a small business: services, about, reviews, contact and the pages customers look for before they get in touch.

Company websites

Multi-page sites for growing companies, with room for teams, locations, case studies and news.

Landing pages

Single-purpose pages for a campaign, offer or event, built around one form or one button.

Portfolio websites

For freelancers, consultants and creatives who need their work to do the talking.

Website redesigns

A new design and structure for an existing site, keeping what already works and what search engines already know.

Mobile-responsive development

Layouts designed for phones first, then tablets and desktops, tested on real devices.

Included as standard

Everything a business website needs

No surprise extras for the basics. Every website I build includes these, and I'll explain each one in plain English.

  • Mobile-responsive design and development
  • SEO-friendly structure: titles, headings and clean URLs
  • Contact form integration, delivered to your inbox
  • Click-to-call, WhatsApp and map links
  • Google Analytics and Search Console integration
  • Website performance improvements: images, caching, speed
  • Domain and hosting assistance
  • Accessible navigation and readable text
  • Privacy and cookie pages
  • Training so you can make simple edits yourself
Optional extra · monthly fee

Support & maintenance is not included in the website price. It is an optional monthly plan, charged as a recurring fee, that you can add at launch or at any time later. Your website is yours either way.

I keep your website running, so you don't have to think about it

Most websites fail quietly: an expired certificate, a broken form, a plugin that stops updating. I spent over five years in incident management and monitoring, and I bring the same habits to your website.

  • Website maintenance: software, security and plugin updates
  • Website content updates: new services, prices, photos and news
  • Domain and hosting assistance, including moving providers
  • Uptime monitoring and daily backups
  • Performance checks and fixes when something slows down

  • One fixed monthly feeAgreed before you start and based on the size of your website and how often it changes. No surprise invoices.
  • Updates without the back-and-forthSend changes as they come up. Routine updates are covered by the plan, so there is no separate quote for every edit.
  • Problems caught earlyMonitoring, backups and updates run in the background every month, so issues are usually fixed before customers notice.
  • No long lock-inBilled monthly in advance and cancellable with 30 days’ notice, as set out in the terms.
Questions

Website FAQs

How long does a website take?

It depends on the number of pages and how ready your content is. A one-page site or landing page is much quicker than a multi-page company website. I'll give you a clear timeline after our first call.

Do I need to write all the content myself?

No. I can write or edit the copy based on a conversation about your business, and prepare graphics and imagery. You check it before anything goes live.

Can I update the website myself?

Yes, if you want to. I can set up simple editing and show you how. Many clients prefer to send changes to me instead, which is what website support is for.

Is website support included, and do I have to take it?

No, it is optional. Support and maintenance is a separate monthly plan with a recurring fee, agreed upfront. Many clients add it at launch so updates, backups and security are handled for them, but your website works and stays yours without it.

Can you help with my domain and hosting?

Yes. I can recommend hosting, set up or move your domain, configure business email records and make sure everything renews on time.

Can you redesign my existing site?

Yes. I'll review what you have, keep what works, and plan redirects so you don't lose the search visibility you already have.
