About these terms

These terms apply to all services provided by Gilmour Stellini. Your written proposal or quote sets out the specific work, price and timeline, and forms part of our agreement together with these terms. If the proposal and these terms differ, the proposal applies.

Quotes and proposals

Quotes are valid for 30 days. Work begins once you accept the proposal in writing and, where stated, the deposit has been paid.

Fees and payment

• Project fees and payment stages are set out in your proposal. A deposit may be required before work starts.
• Invoices are payable within 14 days unless agreed otherwise.
• Monthly services such as marketing, SEO and website support are billed in advance and continue until cancelled.
• Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, software, stock images, printing, NFC products and advertising spend are separate unless your proposal includes them.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide content, feedback, approvals and access in good time, and confirm that the materials you supply (text, images, logos) are yours to use. Delays in supplying these may move the timeline.

Revisions and changes

Each project includes the revision rounds stated in the proposal. Extra changes or new features outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately before any work is done.

Ownership

Once your final invoice is paid, you own the final website design, content created for you and final logo files. I may keep general tools, code snippets and methods for reuse, and may show the finished work in my portfolio unless you ask me not to.

Marketing, SEO and advertising results

I will always work carefully and report honestly, but search rankings, advertising results, reviews and sales depend on factors outside my control, such as search engines, platforms, competition and your market. No specific result is guaranteed. Advertising budgets are paid directly to the platform and are your responsibility.

Hosting and support

Where I manage hosting or maintenance, I will take reasonable steps to keep your website secure, backed up and available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service from third-party providers.

Cancellation

You can cancel a project in writing at any time and will pay for work completed up to that point. Monthly services can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.

Liability

My total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in question. I am not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data, except where the law does not allow this to be limited.

Confidentiality and data

I keep your business information confidential. Personal data is handled as described in the privacy notice.

Governing law
