What I collect
- Enquiry details: your name, email, business name, phone number, the service you are interested in, your budget range and your message, when you use the contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Client project information: contact details, billing details and the content, logins and materials you share so I can deliver your project.
- Website usage: basic technical data such as browser type, pages visited and approximate location, if analytics are enabled.
Why I use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal (steps taken at your request before a contract).
- To deliver the services you have hired me for (performance of a contract).
- To send invoices and keep financial records (legal obligation).
- To understand how the website is used and improve it (legitimate interests, or your consent where required).
I do not sell your personal data, and I do not use it for automated decision-making.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service, and financial records for the period required by law.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies it needs to work. If analytics or marketing cookies are added, you will be asked for consent first and can change your choice at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, and receive a copy in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
To use any of these rights, email gilmourstellini@icloud.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. In Malta this is the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC).
Security
I use secure, reputable providers, strong passwords and two-factor authentication, and I only keep the information I need.
